Paul6700 is pretty sure the track is a 70" long 1/2" pitch 3" wide blower belt inside out.  He stuck a chopped up fan belt on the inside to run between the wheels and keep it lined up.

Treadwell was seen in Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope when the Jawa's were trying to sell droids and on the Lars Homestead.

Anecdotes
