It's literally vis-a-vis except they replaced the main camera, added a few lights and replaced the peripherals. I suspect it was genuinely a security camera and the peripherals were add-ons too tell at bad clients. I'm not sure it doesn't have an infrared burglar alarm unit too.

It kinda looks like they just shoved a Kinect in it though really.
