Hi all, after being able to find and secure the claw , I’ve been on the hunt for other missing bits.
I may have found a replacement piece for the eye lenses, just the lens part as the rest can be 3D printed. The viscount unit has similar models (internal) so I have one on it’s way to me in the post.
The next item I’m on the hunt for, which is the subject of this post, is the receiver antenna….???
Anyone have info on the antenna used??

My limited research makes me think it's some kind of CB Radio Antenna. Looks like it has a " ball " type swivel mount. I have searched ebay for vintage cb radio antennas but haven't found anything that looks like an exact match. Interested to see what you come up with.

Well the possible replacement for option for the lens, wasn’t the right size.

The lens isn’t the correct size.
As for the antenna, same, I’ve been searching eBay as well as vintage search’s online.
I did find this:
May just draw something up in CAD that a normal extendable metal antenna can be attached to

I am going to share the files I used for Treadwell #1 with Savagecreature and the antenna base is among them.
The antenna that I used is this one which is 3/16ths in diameter. You used to be able to get these at Radio Shack.
