Rack Base Dimensions?
#1
I can't seem to find any file with the top racks base plate dimensions.

Can anyone help me out?

I've seen blueprint plans for the top racks in pics out there but just can't find the file anywhere. Hoping the dimensions are available somewhere.

Gryffin's guide says 1.6" x 6" x 3/4" (two 3/8" balsa pieces laminated together == 3/4")

Thanks.

3/4" seems high for height? Are the front and back bases the same height?

Yes, they're identical.

And, yes, that seems too high to me. I'd go with 3/8 or 1/4" myself. I didn't really process that when I said it.

Note that the new movie droids differ from the old droids (I imagine for many reasons), so clearly some variation is allowed!

We used 1/8" (one lego plate) on the Lego droids, which might be a little short (but looks OK).
