Savage added the Training Remote to the wiki
I added a little about Mouse Droids and also stubbed a bit for Treadwell and even more stubbed for Pit Droids

I think those four (and the Sentry Droid) cover most of the droids that have had the most discussion in the group.

The mechanical/electronics areas of the wiki are still really weak.
