First off, the new battery holder for the car:

Now onto the real work.
I glued on the lower skirt, and then added strengthening supports along with fibre matting and resin.
As mentioned before, I’ve been applying P38 body filler to edges and gaps to smooth everything. Sanding then follows, with more filler where needed.
A few more additional wood panel details added to the rear. And then using the P38, areas around the top panel, which I’ve decided can be removable, to fill in the uneven cut lines.
Also, when glueing the second side piece, I didn’t have a spacer block so it unfortunately curved. This could of been rectified by trimming the top panel, but then you would notice the curve more due to the additional straight edge panel fitted to it. Therefore I used P38 to level the side panel to the top on. Using masking tape to prevent adhesion to parts not requiring it.
