I'd ping'ed elsewhere and got validation that the tracks and the main body of the droid are indeed off the shelf parts. ? So I guess you're right about the vacuum

Finding the tracks might be tough, there're a lot of tracks that are easy to get from robotics shops. At least we know it's about vacuum dimensioned. I wonder what shops are easy for them to get stuff from in England/Pinewood Studios? That might limit the options.
