I had things I had to do over the weekend, but while I was doing them I went ahead and threw some parts on the printer to see how they all fit together, etc.
Since kresty had one the original print test at 25%I figured I'd do the same to allow for a more direct comparison. It was interesting because reducing it to a quarter of it's actual size brought the 1/8 inch thick walls down to 1/32. That's pretty thin. However, it seems to have worked pretty darn well. The only difficulty was the thinness allowed for a bit more flexibility in everything than I might have liked, so it didn't assemble as accurately as I wanted.
