This room was made before HD with a 720p beamer, so it was the biggest that was reasonable with the given viewing distance - noone likes the screendoor-effect. 
And now with the JVC it has the perfect size for a good HD look, with a very bright pic when using 3D and the needed goggles.
But the best is the acoustic transparent screen, having the speakers behind the screen just like in a big cinema is way cool.
