That´s exactly why i wrote this above:

But when someone does work to help others, we shouldn´t complain.

Sure we may prefer to get things more suited to our very own special needs, but sometimes the world isn´t perfect, and we just can take what´s offered and say "thanks for your work, from here i will work it out to fit my needs".
