For all I know this could be something that everybody in the FB groups has been chatting about for ages, but that site is a total black box if you don't have a login, so I'm treating it as new info...
From the full Galactic Builders video where they go to Hasbro to check out the Ultimate D-O droid, we can probably surmise that D-O's head antenna can actually move (not just jiggle). I wouldn't think they'd go to the trouble of building that feature into the toy unless it was actually something from the film. See @ 1:46 in the video if the timestamp doesn't work.
And by the way, the packaging for the various D-O merch also has minor spoilers about his origins. It's nothing you couldn't deduce from information we've had about the film since at least the TFF livestream, but I won't repeat it here just in case.
