I've been playing with Ninjaflex just because some fell into my hands, but haven't really been doing anything with it. I'm thinking of making spacers for the Mouse Droid wheels - right now MCK-Y is filled with spray foam, but it's really hard to get it cured evenly.
I'm not sure how stretchy I'll be able to get it fitting inside the rubber tire and over the ABS rim, so one possibility would be to print it in parts. Is it possible to glue ninjaflex? Especially if it can be bonded to ABS.
