Rearranged Images & Files links

I broke out the Images & Files links into separate links that go directly to the reference photos & files categories.  Let me know what you think.

You can still click the Gallery Home from either place to get back to the old view, or "My Gallery" to see your own gallery.

Added a poll.  I got confused by Files & Images being in the same place, so I made two buttons.  Its actually still the same on the other end, but Files takes you directly to files and images starts at Images.

Other admins thought the old way was fine, particularly a single list with the files on top, thinking that files are most used.

So: A good old fashioned poll!  After you've used the new way, vote if you like the new way or old way better!  

Savage did say I was able to lobby for my position.  He didn't mention anything about extortion though, but just remember I can ban you!  (well, I could until Savage reads this anyway).
