Any recommended motor controllers for a holonomic system?

Eg: Sabertooth is 2 channels, right?  And I'd need 3.  And for the head it's not really that heavy, so I don't expect it to need to be that powerful of a system.  So I was wondering if there were "standard" designs folks used?
