Wheel - Rims vs "Discs" Rotating - kresty - 11-19-2019
Being dense I hadn't realized that the "discs" don't rotate with the rims only when he's turning. When he's moving forward, the main wheel moves with the "discs" (as do the "rims" in between them).

Compared to him starting to move, it's clear that the entire outer edge is moving with the droid, only the center panels remain up and down.
