"IM Series" - kresty - 10-02-2018

Since Wookiepedia mentioned "The IM series... Similar in appearance to the DRK-1 Dark Eye probe droid," I was keen to see it when I ended up in the park. Cool thing was 5 min lines due to the typhoon expected to get to Tokyo that day.

From Wookiepedia: "The IM series was created for Tokyo Disneyland's simulator ride theme park attraction Star Tours: The Adventures Continue, which opened on May 7, 2013."

This is clearly a theme park prop, not particularly detailed, I ended up being a little disappointed with it.

Wookiepedia describes this as similar to the DRK-1. Prop for Star Tours, Tokyo Disneyland

The cool thing is that with a 5 min line because everyone was expecting bad weather it was pretty easy to stand there and take pix.

Oh, I didn't get a great pix of scale. It was around volleyball sized IMO.
