Kenny Baker has died - deathproof - 08-13-2016 Kenny Baker, the man inside R2-D2, has passed away at the age of 81. In addition to the Star Wars films Baker had appeared in Time Bandits, Labyrinth, Willow and numerous other movies and television shows.
