Is it loading them to the gallery that's not working for you? Or embedding them in the post that's not working?

No idea regarding embedding them, as i already get stuck trying to upload them.

Says always files to big.

Ah, there's a limit - I use Windows Live Photo Gallery to shrink them. You might be able to hit the Picture icon in the post here and enter a URL of a photo.
