RE: Mouse Droid Mascot - kresty - 08-10-2016 Cool, love it! Why sensors there instead of in skirt? I wonder if the sensors could be concealed in greebles or something. What are you using for the sensor? I know, lots of questions, just curious about the decisions, I'm not about to do self-guided stuff, but maybe I'll be inspired. Also the sonic sensors had to be a certain space apart so they didn't end up bouncing off their own frequency. The sensors are old ultrasonic type, from an old magazine build "Cybot" I suspect a pair could be mounted into the greebles and a pair in the lip of the two shells on a 1:1 scale MSE. RE: UK MSE-6 Builder's Club Mascot Droid - kresty - 08-11-2016 Ok, this is mixed up, but I since the thread's about Alan's droid, I went ahead and moved it to the Build Logs folder. It can be a log for his droid even though I started it |
